Tahmid Hassan has been the most efficient and organized one in the JC team. He specializes in financial matters, has skillful experience in Mortgage broking and is responsible for educating the team members on using our progressive systems. Coming from Finance and Accounting background, Tahmid has this incredible knowledge in loan processing and structuring but excellent capacity in time management and team leading, good communication skills, and is a financial puzzle solver. He is so driven by his work and strongly determined to achieve his target that he always comes up with new plans. Tahmid is a core to the team, he keeps monitoring each of the members' work in every situation as well as motivating and supporting them for better work.

In addition to managing the everyday task, organizing clients’ data, and launching a deal, Meher Afrose is the name who stand middle among the JC team to keep the moral and team sprit high during difficult situation at times. She is self-motivated and always ready for action as it is her responsibility to craft all the data according to precise timeline and additionally monitor clients’ progress. Meher is so good at multi-tasking that she can equally do the loan processing with the administrative work. Though she came from an English Linguistics background, it wasn’t very hard for her to merge into loan processing and administration. Meher has been recognized as a team bonder of the JC family; it’s important for her to manage a good bond between the team so that she can take care of the team whenever they needed her.

In the JCFB team, Zahirul Hasan Zim is someone who believes in working in a smart way, not in a hard way. Zim is the charming one in the team. He has explicit time management skills and does know how to complete his responsibilities within a minimal timeframe with perfection. Being from an Engineering Background, Zim is incredibly good at analyzing with technical aspects, for instance, he has settled one of the toughest deals - a Bridging Loan within a very short period of time along with regular home loans. He believes in Work-life balance, for Zim, it is important to prioritize equally the demands of Work life and Personal life.
