2019's Roundup

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with your families, and that you are all safe staying cool.

Well 2019 sure was eventful, from the Royal commission and it’s continuing fallout, to a returned government and greater confidence in most markets.

2020 is looking promising on all fronts. Housing prices have started to strengthen in most markets, we have some of the lowest interest rates on record helping this along. There is still continuing discussion that the RBA will likely decrease the cash rate again before June if only we had a crystal ball!

With many rates now starting with a 2, this should mean more loan reviews for all of your borrowing to ensure you are making the most of this. With access to over 50 lenders I am sure I can find a lid for every teapot!

Whether it’s equipment or asset finance, commercial lending or home loans my goal is to take care of you the way they deserve to be treated.

I hope that 2020 brings you all much success, may you tick goals off your list and create bigger and better ones.
